Well i didn't really know where to post this, so i'll just post it here.

Our company is deciding between asterisk2billing, astpp, and astbill

Wel like asterisk2billing a lot as it is already integrated with trixbox, which we use. I wouldn't mind installing the others, but i want to see what we can do with what we have.

I like the idea of having paid support, astpp offers this....thus we are leaning towards them.

All three products offer integration with a commerce software (osCommerce) so that our customers can pay with a credit card and get service.

Well finally, what i'm asking for....does anyone offer a paid support service for asterisk2billing? If so i would REALLY love to get in contact with you. Thanks!

Yes i do see that you offer support, but there are MANY people asking you lots of questions all day i'm sure....so i just wanted to see if there was anyone out there that would provide paid support contracts for this software.
