Hello
I would like to offer a bounty to have a few thing added to the program. First can you add a popup or page saying (Please wait your account is being created.) instead of an hour glass for the customer signup after request is submitted? Second can you add a company name in the sign up which will require an addition field in table? Third to purchase a DID in the customer interface. I know you are working on this. If you have a patch available can I see it? Let me know about the cost.
