is it possbile that a person can recharge his/her account on phone.
1, For new user,
dail 1900xxx1 to setup up his new account (link to his callerid) with $10
dail 1900xxx2 to setup up his new account (link to his callerid) with $20.

2, For exist user,
dail 1900xxx1 to add his existing account (link to his callerid) with $10
dail 1900xxx2 to add his existing account (link to his callerid) with $20.
