I wanted to implement Call Forwarding feature where a customer can set forwarding based on channel status, e.g.
on Busy on Unavailable on Time out etc.
I wanted to ask about the difference between the functions call_did and call_2did. If anyone can give me some directions or information on which functions do what. I can understand most of them but a bit confused between these 2. I am sure these functions would be the ones to where we can get channel status information and get the numbers from $listdestination to forward the calls.
Any help would be appreciated.
