HI All,

I am facing a problem with cid callback, when I make a call I recieve the callback, but when I try to enter the destination number, the time to dial number is not enough to complete the number, every time I dial 5 number the IVR ask for "dial the number you wish to call ending by pressing #".

I dont know what happend to the system, Please help me in this situation, as I am new to configure the A2b SERVER.

It sounds like Asterisk is not 'hearing' the keys you are pressing. This is likely a problem with the dtmfmode setting on your outbound trunk - http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Aste ... p+dtmfmode

Solved it,

I tried every aspect of dtmfmode, "dtmfmode=RFC2833, dtmfmode=yes, dtmfmode=auto, dtmfmode=info", neither of them worked.

I found another forum article at viewtopic.php?t=4728 ,

I placed relaxdtmf=yes at outbound trunk and till now it works fine. :D
