Hi, there

I'm trying to setup a CID Callback on my * box.
When I call the access number, my box responses correctly by sending call to my caller ID, when I answered, the 2nd phase of my callback will use the caller id 123456, which is predefined in a2billing.conf to authenticate user. As a result, 123456 instead of my callerid will be put in the card's callerid property. This is wrong, because if other card user makes callback to the access number, the system will use the first card for the 2nd user to dialout.

How do I solve this?

Turn off the following config option:
Code:
; if notenoughcredit_cardnumber = YES  then     assign the CallerID to the new cardnumber
notenoughcredit_assign_newcardnumber_cid = NO

Hi stavros,

Turn off notenoughcredit_assign_newcardnumber_cid = NO doesn't work. Could you post your cid-callback context? I wonder how others implement the cid-callback for multiple card users?

Sorry I should have been more clear. That config option should prevent the second problem you described:
Quote:

You can see the relevant section of my extensions.conf in this post.

BTW the behaviour of CLI callback has changed since v1.3.0 shipped. The callback leg is now authenticated automatically by the callerid received on the trigger leg. The changes involved are trivial, and easily applied by hand to your running version.
