Sim like Callback billing is doing this

Let say My pin balance is 5 Dollar

when 1st leg come its divide by 2 = 2.5

then When you dail 2nd leg it does 2.5/2

I set it up for 1st let 1.5 but 2nd leg still dividing by 2 can some one please advice me please thank you hope hear from you soon how can I set 2nd leg divided by 1.5 to

I'm not sure I agree with your description of the way the credit is manipulated, but it's been a while since I played with callback so I can't say for sure.
I think the code you seek is around line 760 of a2billing.php:

         // DIVIDE THE AMOUNT OF CREDIT BY 2 IN ORDER TO AVOID NEGATIVE BALANCE IF THE USER USE ALL HIS CREDIT
         $orig_credit = $A2B -> credit;
         $A2B -> credit = $A2B->credit / 2;

I did change that to 1.3 however it still dividing 2nd leg with 2
