 Post subject: Callback not initiating callback call

Hi
I have callback working but stopped strangely enough for no apparent reason after power distruption, i.e. I have check a2billing-daemon is running but calls are not being queued.

Using # tail -f /var/log/asterisk/a2billing-daemon-callback.log, I get

[time&date] : TRYING TO FIND PENDING CALLBACK
**Number of PENDING callbacks -1**

Is the -1 normal or should it be 0. I have checked and reset all other calls in progress to 0. I think this line is the problem:

**Number of PENDING callbacks -1**

Any ideas how I can reset this to Zero or reset the extension 1000 back to zero ?
