 Post subject: CallbackDID Server received congestion from A2Billing server

Hi,

I am receiving all channels busy from A2Billing server when I call my DID line. How do I troubleshoot?

Also, when I make calls from a SIP phone, the connection is instantly connected, however, it takes more 20 seconds befoer I can hear teh first IVR message. How do I rectify the problem?

I tried looking for assistance on the web, could not find any.

Hi

You should be passing the call into the a2billing with the DID flag on it.

The first thing to check is that you are routing it correctly. Bring the call into Asterisk, and simply direct it to a SIP phone to check that the call is coming in.

When you have confirmed this, you will need to send the call into A2Billing with the DID flag set, and ensure that there is a matching DID in A2Billing, and that there is a valid destination set up.
