Hi,

It really a great software!

Just puzzle, if more then one card are set to the same callerid, when using callback, which card's credit will be deducted first ? Is there any sequence?

Thank you.

I believe that's completely at the discretion of your SQL server. You could add an 'ORDER BY id' to the relevant WHERE clause to force it to return them in the order they were created.

Ok. Thanks for the reply. So meaning that particular caller id will still able to call even though the first card's credit become 0? But if it is at the middle of the call, the first card's credit was empty, is there any disconnection to the caller?

No, only when the balance is greater than 0.

No. The card's balance is only adjusted at the end of each call. If two simultaneous calls are in progress the balance may go below 0 as they'll both base their timeout on the same original balance.

I thought the callerID rec was unique so that you couldn't have more than one callerID attached to more than one card at a time

Yes you're quite right. I had forgotten about that.
