This means the rate-engine returned 0 matching rates to return the call to the received Caller ID.
You need to make sure the dialstring (which you showed as 'xxxxxxxxxx') is matched by your rate cards. Perhaps it has a 0 missing, or maybe starts with your country code? Describe how the Caller ID differs from what your customers would dial to reach that same number and I'll show you how to make it work.

the dial string is 1718XXXXXXX that is the way it comes to the debug console.

You didn't mention how/if that differs from what your customers would dial to reach that same number.
What results do you get if you login to the customer UI as card 6708348 and use the number 1718XXXXXXX with the ratecard simulator?

This is the latest debug info that I have on that problem. I still cannot get it to work. maybe a more experience a2billing user can help.
thanks in advance

Do you have a rate for 13052223698? Can you make a regular call to this number (or with the simulator ) ?
