 Post subject: Call back one leg not billed

Hi,
I am facing some issue with call back. One of the leg (standard - Destination Number) which is answered not billed after the call is hung up. This happened occasionally and it happened a few times for me. Can anyone help me on how i can resolve this. Thanks in advance.

This is my dial command param in a2billing.conf

I had the same problem actually. My webcallback service was billing only one leg. You must check the following two configurations.
in a2billing.conf check if the AGI configuration you are using for your callback at the end you must have
callback_bill_1stleg_ifcall_notconnected = YES

and also use in your extensions.conf in the context you are using fo callback DeadAGI instead of AGI.

Thanks for the help. In my a2billing.conf I have this (callback_bill_1stleg_ifcall_notconnected = YES) configuration to be set as yes. But in my extensions i am using AGI instead of DeadAGI. Will try to change that and try.

From the web call back the leg which is not billing is not the origin number (defined in web UI as Your PhoneNumber : ) but the number which i am calling/destination (defined in web UI as
The number you wish to call : ) and is answered.

I don't think that's strictly a pre-requisite to bill callback correctly. You should be able to set this to YES or NO.

Just to clarify. How about my other extensions apart from call back. Should I use DeadAGI instead of AGI as well?

Definitely. Using AGI() is known to incorrectly bill calls in all modes.
