Callback Hang Up (Not DTMF issue)

Hi, I am having a problem with the callback module. The call hangs up after asking for the destination number if no key is pressed within 10 seconds. If I start keying in a number within 10 seconds it's fine. I need to increase this timeout. I think this might be related to the time a2billing waits for you to enter your destination number. Any ideas? Or am I doing something wrong?

the problem is A2B have a hardcoded number_try=1 with 6000 msec timeout for all Callbacks - so the simple solution for me is to edit a2billing.php around line 728

$A2B->agiconfig['number_try'] =3;
