I was wondering how to configure callback.

I can see some posts that talk about call-back daemon. But seems that a2billing has callback inside.

I should like know what must I fill at fields of pic. below.

At manager_custom.conf I do note have MANAGER USERNAME field, just secret inside each bracket as you can see below too.

At my manager_custom.conf I have this

[phpconfig]
secret = php[onfig
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user

[phpagi]
secret = phpagi
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user

[AstTapi]
secret = AstTapi
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user

[a2billinguser]
secret=a2billing
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0
read=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user

[remote_mgr]
secret=0chanc3yo
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0
read=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user

Any comment will be helpfully

Hi,

From the above :

[a2billinguser]
secret=a2billing
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0
read=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user

username = a2billinguser
password = a2billing
host = 127.0.0.1 or localhost

The login is alright,

what is not working well is complete call.

When I insert my number and number I wish to call, I can see this instruction: Your callback request has been queued correctly!

And in "show callbacks" I see that call has been inserted at database as u can see at pic below:

That is strange,

Nothing happens when I do call.

Nothing at asterisk debug CLI>

But when I make a call through softphone I can see a2billing.php working.

Hi,

Check if call back daemon is running :

tail -F /var/log/asterisk/a2billing-daemon-callback.log

you should see a new trace (line) every 10 secs.

Swift,

That´s the point:

I did not installed nothing else. No daemon.

I thought that all callback process was installed.

Do you have a how to about it?

Thanks.

Unfortunately no experience with installation..
I usually work with pre-installed systems.!

I think you can find something in the forum.

Basically, the daemon is a script that need to be always running in the background, you might need to set up a cron job for the start up.
