Hi All,

I used the following variable predictivedialer_maxtime_tocall=7200 to limit the maximum call duration to 2h...I'm still seeing calls with duration more that 2h...Can you please help?

Dear Sir,

Sorry, the variable listed below was for callback calls...I have the following for calls:
dialcommand_param_sipiax_friend = "|60|HRgiL(3600000:61000:30000)"
The above variable means that the call should be cut after 1 hour...I'm still getting much more that 1h calls...What could be done in this case?
