 Post subject: Callback does not call back

In the past 5 days, I'm trying callback, and with no luck.
I did managed to make it work only if i create a call back from admin GUI, but when I call the number, it hangs and never calls me back, when you check in the log, it says 0 pending.
I want to debug but I forgot the command which lets u c what it does in php script, what is the command for CLI to c what php script does?
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I tried the answer_call= NO
What is happening now is,
when call the number, it says please enter your card number, when you enter the pin, it hangs up on you and nothing.
My callback daemon is running, and i do not see any callback being created in admin GUI

What i meant with CLI debug was, I know there is a command which you can type, and when a call comes in it shows you which part of .php file it goes and therefore it makes your life easier debuging.
