Hi All,

I am using DID callback through [a2billing-all-callback] context and when I dial the DID then it asks for PIN Number, I am entering the PIN Number but it is not accepting DTMF. But if I am using the same DID for calling card then it asks for PIN Number and it works fine. I am not understanding where is the exact issue.

Please help ...

Hi

What version of Asterisk - does this bug cast any light on your issues?

did you get this resolved? I had the same issue and problem is the incoming DID and the outgoing callback use different trunks/providers. And for me, the outgoing trunk had DTMF issues. I switched the outgoing provider and voila.

Hi blusky,

I got it resolved but I don't know what helped me because I was using Centos 4, I reinstalled the operating system but this time I used Centos 5 and also changed my DID provider. I installed everthing again and it worked.

Previously I tried to change my DID provider it was showing the same issue. So I can say it was not with my DIDs coz my DIDs were working with calling card platform.

So, can't say buddy where was the exact issue ...

Added after 3 minutes:

If someone can tell me what could be the reasons for such issue.

Is it something related with Asterisk version or something else ??

Any help will be appreciated ....
