Hi all,

let me first thank you for great work you guys do, much respects and gratitude.

I've been using calling card application for quite some time and didn't have single problem.

Now, I decided to use cid-callback so that I can call DID number and enjoy advantages of callback.

Let me refrain that I have searched this forum and found following topics

and some more with similar problems, tried all suggestions and so far no success.

The problem is that cid-callback only works for me if I add caller ID (ie, my mobile phone number) to a2billing customer card number

When I call cid-callback extension and caller id is already present everything work like a charm.
But if I don't have caller id present on a card number it will hangup with
File # does not exist in any format

I tried forcing the system to ask for
cid_askpincode_ifnot_callerid = YES

but I never get to this prompt because of the error above.

Any help on this is more than welcome

That is intentional; 'cli-callback' only calls back those whose CLIs are recognised. Perhaps 'all-callback' mode suits your use-case better.
