If I understand you correctly, you want to look into using the callback API that ships with A2B. There are threads here describing its use.

You need to use the callback API.
See addons/Doc/Callback-*, A2Billing_UI/api/api_spool_callback.php and A2Billing_UI/api/SOAP/callback-exec.php.
