CID-callback: Will return the call [make the callback] if the caller's callerid is known. it uses the callerid to authorize the call
callback: this is the web callback it is going to use the context and the extension defined in the a2billing.conf to process the call after it calls the originator [call from number]
All-callback: will return the call and it won't use your callerid to authorize you... it will just return the call. it also requires you to specify a specific tariff to use to price and route the call. The parameter controlling which tariff to use is in a2billing.conf and is called all_callback_tariff ... it is in the callback section among with the predictive-dialer parameters.
