I have an issue with CID-CALLBACK- Billing issue. I guess there should be some terrible mistake in calculating TOTAL Time duration
Can someone help me. Problem & Test scenario explained below
SCENARIO
I made a test scenario to check the CID-callback billing. Explained below.
1. I created a customer with 1 Euro credit and configured Call plan, ratecard & Rate such that callback to my mobile ( 0.25 cents) & then from there to my destination number the same rate (0.25cents)
NOTE: ONLY 2 DESTINATIONS ARE CREATED in the rate card. ONE to my mobile (for callback) & next for destination.
so for 1 Euro credit, it should give me 2 minutes of callback to the same destination. (all are 60 second billing)
TEST 1: I trigger a callback and I received my callback call. I attempt, hold for few minutes..then drop. just to check if the first leg alone is charged correctly.
It was successful. My credit dropped to 0.75 cents. Call reports are successfull & correct.
TEST 2: Again I trigger a callback, I received my callback. I tried to call a valid destination (which cost only 0.25 cents) but I got a IVR message, not enough credit to call & call dropped. First call leg charing was OK. now my credit is 0.50 cents
Can some one help me resolve the problem. If you need any more info, please let me know
