 Post subject: Call Back Error (There is no route to call)

Hi When I tried to setup call back service from Customer interface getting this msg "Error : There is no route to call back your phonenumber! "

Please help me what to do. Your documentation for installation is exellent but manual to use is sucks. I want to know do you have IRC channel?

And please give me step by step guide to setup and test call back from A2Billing. And what things to do for call back.

Please help.

So your rate-cards can't match the CLI you received. Perhaps you need to manipulate the CLI before passing the callback trigger DID to A2B. This has been covered here in a recent thread.

Hi Fahid,

As i am also facing the same issue there is no route to callback your number.

Please check what caller-ID you are geeting from the service provider. this issue is caused when you are geeting a wrong caller id from your service provider. some time they will add some extra Digits with your Caller id. like +1 or 00 etc.

so, you will have to remove the extra digits from the caller id then you can received callback.

exten => _X.,1,Set(CALLERID(num)=${CALLERID(num):2})

Try this to remove the extra digits from your caller id.
