It would be desirable to learn as works callback. As I understand the subscriber should dial the number, hear Hangup then at it will ring out phone and will connect with number.
Whether So it?.
I establish in SIP friend to term context - a2billing-callback, but nothing occurs. There is a usual call. If at ringing I do HangUp that I see here that:
a2billing.php|1|callback: line:1096 - [MAKE BILLINGFOR THE 1ST LEG - TARIFF:4; CALLED =]
a2billing.php|1|callback: line:1122 - [ERROR - BILLINGFOR THE 1ST LEG - rate_engine_findrates: CALLED = - RateEngine-> usedratecard=0]

That it means? What I should do?

Hi. It`s easy. Only "Goto" file a2billing.conf and edit the section ";MANAGER CONNECTION PARAMETERS" and change user and secret. Edit file "manage_custom.conf" and add a new context. The name of this context is your user in MANAGER CONNECTION.
