Callback on Trixbox or A2billing? DISA?

well ok basically im not sure whether to go via Trixbox or A2billing here is my senario

i want basically a system where the user dials in. Then once it calls back it reads the User's CID, which then allows it to auto authenticate without typing in the PIN. From there instead of prompting the user w/ amount left etc.. just go straight to DISA and whatnot. THe user then can type in codes (231#) for example to see balance etc... Which is the best system to do this and if its a2billing what is a good guide i can use to setup that callback via ANI system? Thanks...!

ok well i decided to go with the callback with Trixbox. But i have a different issue.

So basically with this callback i still need the a2billing system to recognize the CID, and so basically once the program calls back i want it to go straight to DISA, and from there people can type commands.... #231 to hear balance etc... or just dial out normally? how can i have it so that a2billing sees the CID of the incoming # and to also go straight to DISA. Thanks!

I don't know how you did it, but here is a way to make it work. Quite simple.

First of all, make sure that the configuration that is going to be used will have use_dnid = YES

Second, send your caller to the context called [disa2billing] for instance. I am also assuming that the [a2billing] context is where you want to send the callers when they dial a number.

i figured it out. You want trixbox to point to DISA then DISA to point to a2billing not the other way around....
