 Post subject: cid callback does not call me back

When I try cid-callback it won't call me back. In the A2Billing CALLBACK log, it shows that it's successfully connected. Please indicate the possible problem.

Edited: I've been trying to figure out the problem but I just can't figure out the reason why the call never reaches me when it's doing a callback. Please advise!!!
