Hello,

I have the following issues

1. When using Callback (for example webcallback) the ring time is only 30 secs.
I want to have 60 seconds for I tried to change in dialcommand but it doesn't change.
my dialcommand is dialcommand_param |60|HRrL(%timeout%:61000:30000)

I think it might be hard corede in scripts?

2. I am using campaign. it works fine but it is not billing the calls.
I want to bill the leg A & dedcut from customer credit. Is that possible??
I see there is option for flat rate billing. I configured and assigned to campaign but it is not deducting the flat rate from customer account.

Can someone please help me with this issues

Best Regards
Senthil

Regarding the issue with my above first point.

Soulution:

In the /var/www/html/a2billing/customer/callback.php, it was hardcorded.
Value for timeout is hardcoded to 30000. So change it some like 60000.

No solution yet for my second question.

don't quote me on this but when i was doing some additions to the code for billing the first leg of CID-callbacks it looked like all-callbacks would have a similar issue with callbacks not been charged or not charged at the fixed rate set for all-callbacks in the config. At the time i did not fix this or investigate further as i am not using all-callbacks and i was worried code else where my be doing the billing for an all-callback.
