I configured my web-callback and it works fine but the problem is when iam entering the customer web interface and try to make callback by writing my phonenumber and the destination i want to call in the blanks,and try to place a call ,the prefix is changing by itself from 00 to 011,any one can help me with this.

Check /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf ..
I think there is an option for that.

Hi, i have a problem with callback too...i wrote my test number like and another number test like destination and i tried to make the call...but nothing happened...i checked in callback from a2billing and saw that the communication arrived there, but it was like PENDING... i didn't configure nothing, must i configure anything ???

How i configure this functionality???

Make sure also your country code it set (specified) on the extension_a2billing. I don't know if this may help, sorry I'm not a guru, just trying to help.
