 Post subject: Callback fails 50%-60% of times

Callback was working fine on 1.34 version and i recently upgraded to 1.41, so now about 50%-60% of times callback fails, with log/verb set to 1 i get this error:

Nov 27 14:02:15 209 php: /usr/src/a2billing142/AGI/a2billing.php[865]: Undefined variable: callback_been_connected
Nov 27 13:58:59 209 php: /usr/src/a2billing142/AGI/a2billing.php[536]: Undefined variable: dialparams


I can also add a debug level log if it helps.
