Hello,
I'm trying to install callback on Debian server. I have installed a2billing-callback-daemon using the following command:
#easy_install dist/callback_daemon-1.0.prod_r1528-py2.4.egg
I goth the following output
Processing callback_daemon-1.0.prod_r1528-py2.4.egg
Removing /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/callback_daemon-1.0.prod_r1528-py2.4.egg
Copying callback_daemon-1.0.prod_r1528-py2.4.egg to /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages
callback-daemon 1.0.prod-r1528 is already the active version in easy-install.pth
Installing a2b_callback_daemon script to /usr/bin
Installed /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/callback_daemon-1.0.prod_r1528-py2.4.egg
Processing dependencies for callback-daemon==1.0.prod-r1528
Finished processing dependencies for callback-daemon==1.0.prod-r1528
It looks like it has installed successfully. But when I check file /usr/bin/a2b_callback_daemon I see that its content is the following:
#!/usr/bin/python
# EASY-INSTALL-ENTRY-SCRIPT: 'callback-daemon==1.0.prod-r1528','console_scripts','a2b_callback_daemon'
__requires__ = 'callback-daemon==1.0.prod-r1528'
import sys
from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
sys.exit(
load_entry_point('callback-daemon==1.0.prod-r1528', 'console_scripts', 'a2b_callback_daemon')()
)
Is it correctly? I suspect no.. I had the same problem with a2billing on CentOS and callback did not work. But I managed to solve it (don't remember the exact way
) and I got binary /usr/bin/a2b-callback-daemon and callback began to work.
Do you know the way how to solve it on Debian?
Thank you!
