I have a strange behaviour with the callback engine.
Callback with normal phones via CID-Authentication works just fine. Callback initiates and the user can send the number to call. Audio will be transmitted.
But when I use web-callback the calls will be initiated as well, but I can't hear anything. Seems to be, that the calls are not "connected" properly...
Unfortunately I have a SMS callback solution via SOAP in work(which also was discussed here in the forum), which uses nearly the same method of sending the callback the the daemon.
This solution has the same bevaviour as the web-callback. No audio!
Has anyone a hint, where I can start the search for the problem???
I tried to use just one trunk for everything and tried various devices (mobile, landline, ...)
