Hi all.
I recently been working with the autodialer I finally got it to work but I do not exactly know how it is suppose to work. I would appreciate if anyone can give me some pointers.
here is what is happening. when it makes a call the callback calls the person then the system is asking to inter the card number. I have specified the customer to use and it still asking for card number. if anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong I would appreciate it.

you need to have the callerID assigned to the user. I am using callback devices myself.
