Hi

Have you checked both A Leg and B leg numbers for that customer?

Hi, Joe, thanks for prompt response.

Accutally I am new to callback and I have no idea of how to do as you instructed.

Can you be a little more specific?

Sorry for my ignorance.

OK, beginning with the basics, do you know what I mean by A leg and B Leg?

Surely, I checked them in the similator under Customer UI
They are fine.
And I checked them from calling card dialing , they are also fine.
When it comes to web callback, they simply fails with the message above.

I can't figure out why.

Please help, Joe.

Hi

Make sure the callback daemon starts AFTER asterisk, so restart the callback daemon, then test again.

I restarted the a2b-callback-daemon, it is ok, nothing unusual.
Tried to call again, it fails as the same.

I don't know if it may be the problem.
When I tried with the phonenumber 00971XXXXXXX, web callback failed.
But if I try with the no 971XXXXXXX, it passes but in the Callback UI, i find they stopped there with a status of Error, and its manager result is Error.

how is that? Maybe i have some problems with my manager settings.

Hi, Joe

Do I need to set a different agiX from my calling card agi1?
Is this related to my AGI settings?

Inspecting the add-callbacks page may give you a clue.

Hi, Joe,
yes, that is what I checked.

The status is Error with Manager Result 'Error'.

What should I check with the Add-callback page further?

Hi

Sort out your manager issue first and see where it gets you.

thanks , Joe.

I almost read all posts in callback forum.
As i am aware, only thing I need to do about manager settings is to keep the callback-server section the same as the manager.conf. I did checked that, no problems.
They have the default setting , myasterisk, mycode.

If there is other setting i need to check, please enlight.

No

Checking all the manager connections in the A2Billing system config compared with the way you have set asterisk up should suffice, just debug on the Asterisk command line as to why the manager connection is failing.

Joe,

Maybe it is basic, but I really don't how to "Checking all the manager connections in the A2Billing system config compared with the way you have set asterisk up should suffice,"

Could please you be more specific if it doesn't take much of your time?

look at settings in A2Billing that refer to the AMI, and check the user, secret and host match the settings you have /etc/asterisk/manager.conf and its #includes. then go on to look at the /var/log/full log, while using the standard commands in Asterisk (type help to see these) to debug why it is not working.
