 Post subject: cid-callback billing

I'm testing a2billing and i notice that while callback from web ui bill the first call (calling number) even if the called number is not responding, so the first call is billed while is online, instead, in the cid-callback, only if the called number is answered, the two call are billed, otherside the first call to the cid number called is not billed.
Another problem is that when i call the number registered in asterisk and i enter in a2billing-cid-callback but also all-callback context, asterisk hang up me and is ok, but is too fast in calling me back so happen that often asterisk doesn't call my phone but reach my voice mailbox because the gsm network see that i'm still at phone.

So, shortly, i ask how to bill in cid-callback the called back number even if the second call (the number we want to reach) is not sucessful?

How to set a timeout for the cid and all callback?

how to also set a correct timeout for the calling party of web callback on prepaid cardnumber?
