Hello all,
I would liek to setup my system to accept the incomming call, perform CID authorization and allow the customer to dial out a number and use the CLI assigned to his Calling card. For example - user is calling from his mobile phone to my system and is authorized by the mobile CLI, then he dials destination number and the call is dialled but system will use another CLI assigned to this customer. Another mobile customer will use (or be masked we can say) another CLI. The goal is to allow to the called party to recognise eho exactly is calling and to be abble to call back and reach the original caller.

Everything is working, except the CLI customization. I can define my own by using force_callerid= but it is common settings for all the cadrs in system or I can use the original cli of the 1st leg aslo for the 2nd leg but this is not what i can use as the VoIP provider allows me to use only CLI assigned to me.

Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

Hi

usually, the caller ID of the customer is passed through to the called party, so the called party can ring back direct.

if you read some of the settings in the agi-conf, you will see that there is an ability for the customer to set their own caller ID via an IVR.

Yes, but as I have said - the provider will block the outgoing call because the mobile CLI. The IVR is not a sollution for me, I am looking for a fixed relationship between calling card and CLI for the outgoing call. But I can maybe edidt this part of the code ...
Thanx

The solution is very easy.
Use the following menus in A2B admin web interface.
- OUTBOUND CID -> Groups
- OUTBOUND CID -> Add
- RATES -> Rates

Then do the following steps
1. Create cid grops
2. Add CID as you need. You can add more than 1 CID per groups. Any number, up to you. This CID will show at your operator side.
3. Create Rate Card.
4. Create Rate. At the buttom of page, change CIDGROUP.
5. Add Rate Card to the customer's call plan.

That's it.
