 Post subject: Help with DID callback configuration

Hi,

I have been using a2billing since a long time, currently i have upgraded my a2billing to version 1.7.1 by 2-3 weeks ago.
I am using cid-callback and web callback methods for callback, but now i want to configure a DID based callback in my a2billing.

So, the scenario should be as below i guess:

There will be a DID attached with customer.
Now anyone will dial that DID number, and customer will be getting callback on his number. (without any authentication)
Once the call is picked up by customer, then he should be dial any number using DTMF.

Can anyone please let me know is there any inbuilt functionality in a2billing like this?

Can anyone please explain me how the DID callback is working in a2billing?

Hi

This is one method

Effectively you have to use CID callback, but for each trigger DID, you need to change the received caller ID to the customers specified call back number. You do this in the asterisk dialplan.
