Hi
In the WEB callback, i entered the callback number and the destination number in the customer webpage. I received the callback call and system play " Your call now being connected", but after that system immeidately prompt me to enter a destination number instead of making an outbound call to the destination which i entered in the web.

My question
1.Is this correct callflow for Web Callback ?
2.Is there a parameter is required to change so the callflow can make the call directly to destination number?
