i would to know if callback of A2billing software is able to make simultanouis calls with many customers who are using callback system.
If i have i have 10 customers , do i need 10 DID numbers?

You can use one DID for many customers, as the DID is never answered, so you only ever need one channel.

some poeple said me if i want to offer "local unlimited outcalls" service i need to install PRI.
But it seems that we can we can build this system "callback" using only one DID for many customer, and voip provider that he accept simultanouis calls, right?
