Web call back from user interface

In my case a2billing calls only "Your Phone Number" and doesn't connect with "The number you wish to call". It recalls and asks me to enter number I wanted to deal

Hi

Check that you have the Asterisk version set properly in the A2Billing Settings.

I have the folloving version of asterisk

What is wrong?

PS I found out that not only I have such problems viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7950
