Hi all,
I'm beginning to set up the function Call-back in A2Billing. I use A2Billing 1.7.1
I know that it has 3 types : call-back
- Web callback : I entered 2 number telephone : "Your Phone Number" and "The number you wish to call". It runs successfully but in Call history, it has caller ID = 123456 with 2 calls. I want to change this callerID = 2 phone numbers.
It means : Call 1 - Caller ID = Phone number 1 to Phone number 2
Call 2 - Caller ID = Phone number 2 to Phone number 1
Can you help me to solve this problem ?

On the other hand , there are others callbacks :
- ANI Callback
- DID Callback

But I don't find any document of instruction to configure these types of callback.
Anyone help me to configure these types of callback ?

Thank in advance for all helps!
Best regards,
Ryan.

Hi Experts ;).

I don't want to open a new topic, because my problem is nearly similar, than this one ;).
As ryan_mu wrote, when you use web callback from customer portal, you have to fill 2 phone numbers, one is "Your Phone Number" and the other "The number you wish to call". After I filled it, the callback run successfully, but the callerid in both side (so in caller, and in called party) is the same, what I set in "callerid" variable (in callback section), if I leave it empty, than the calls are coming from different (random) numbers, I don't know why...

What I want, when I fill out the callback for example like this:
- "Your Phone Number" : 12345678
- "The number you wish to call" : 98765432

Than I want to send the 12345678 as callerid for called party, and 98765432 for the caller.
If this is impossible, than, it is enough, if the called party have recieve the caller's phone number as callerid (so in exaple the 12345678), just like, when somebody call-in to did.

I hope I was clear and understandably.

I tried a lot of thing, but no success :(.

I'm running:
CentOS 5.7
Asterisk 1.8
A2Billing 1.9.4
Freepbx 2.8

Thanks for the helping!

Best Regards

Well, I think I solved the problem. Now it looks, the cid_sanitize=BOTH is doing what I want!

Hi pczolee,

I tried cid_sanitize=BOTH but it did not work for me. My web callback working perfectly, only facing this callerid issue.

Would you like to recommend any of the other settings???

Thanks,

bump!bump!bump! :P
old same callerid pain

When webcallback triggered, callerid 123456 was sent for every single call, that was not what I want.
Code:
cid_sanitize=BOTH
^doesn't help
I got rig of predictive Caller ID num "123456" in agi-conf3 settings but still CLID is not set automatically as it supposed to, CDR CALLERID unknown; receiving random numbers

Please take a look at this:

Runs on:
A2Billing 1.9.4
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian 2.6.32)
Asterisk 10.12.2
Code:
Auto Set CLID  Yes
Force CLID     Empty
PD Caller ID   Empty
CLID Sanitize  0

What is missing? this one has me baffled
