Hi,

call-back start playing like " enter pin number" or " enter detination number" before answer the call.so how to configure that so call-back play greeding after called party receive the call

It sounds like your carrier is answering the call, thus triggering the message. Raise a trouble ticket with your carrier, or change carriers
