CID-CALLBACK calls back but keep saying "pls inter the .....

Hello Guys,

I' m new to a2billing asterisk environment. I need some help. I' m trying to use a pre-configured a2billing and freePBX system. Web callback is working fine, billing is working too. But when I try ANI CID-CALL BACK , the system calls me back and asks me to inter "the number you wish to call" as I wanted but while I' m still inputting the number(that I wish to call) it asks me again and again.
Any body get an Idea 4 me pls.

Hi

It sounds like your DTMF is not getting through.

This can happen in the following circumstances:

1. You have not set up your DTMFMode correctly to operate with your carrier.
2. You carrier does not allow reverse DTMF.
3. Your incumbent operator suspects that you are using a callback service, and tone clamps you

you are right.My provider doesn't support dtmf for some destinations,
so I changed it and now its working fine.
