 Post subject: Callback - CallerID/Rates Problem?

I have searched for an answer around the forum but can not find any solution for my problem. Although i found some nice hints, which brought me closer to a solution.

When trying to setup callback, the authentification works fine (callerid --> matches to the account) but there is the following error shown in the agi-debug:

Error : There is no route to call back your phonenumber

Callerid in a2billing for the customer account: 0043
CallerID in asterisk when calling in via the did number: +43....


I am stripping the + and i am adding 00 in the asterisk dialplan. So the authentification of the callerid works correctly afterwards. But The agis still can not find any route to the destination?? If i try the ratecard simulator both 0043.. and 43.. are working correctly.

Anyone experiencing something similar? Maybe some a2b Guru who came across this issue? By the way callthrough works fine, but i am only having issues with callback. Fresh setup of a2billing1.9.3 (not yet updated to 1.9.4).

Hi

Do note that the rate table used for the A Leg will depend on what sort of callback, e.g. with all-callback you don't know the customer, and therefore the callplan, so a default plan is used.

Thanks for your reply, I forgot to add: i am using "cid-callback" and the customer is recognized/known also it seems the callplan is correct, but still no luck.

Awesome!! :shock:

I found the solution, and also learned much about a2billing Setup and debugging Agi code + much more :)

I did post a job on freelancer.com which i can now cancel, because i no longer need the help.

The best Thing is, it works now for free, most bids were around 50Eur which sounds ridiculous to me, anyone with real experience could probably analyze and fix the issue in notime :laugh:


Thanks for all the help to the community. I will post a success story if everything done 100%..
