 Post subject: Negative balance with callback

I use a2billing 1.9.4 and have problem with small negative balance ~0.3$ after the long call (CALLBACK).
I use Dial Command Params |60|HRrL(%timeout%:61000:00000) which disconnect the call when balance is 0, but after that I see negative balance on Prepaid card? Is it bug or error in config? How can I do balance is more then 0 or 0. Please, help me.
