CALLBACK ERROR-Originate failed

Hi all,

I am having error-originate failed in the cc_callback_spool table(field Manage_result)

when the callback daemond service is trying to call me back , it shows on the CLI screen

Code:

How is this problem different from the other error you reported in your other post.
