 Post subject: a2bilkling not giving error messages

Good Day

l have installed a2billing and asterisk inbounds and outbounds are working fine.the only challenge l have is when l make an outbounbd call to a number that is not online a2billing is not giving any errors like a busy tone or the number you have dialled is not available it just goes quite.how do l enable this feature
