Hello guys, I m a2billing newbie, I have pre-configured a2billing 1.7.1 and asterisk 1.4. everything is working fine except when
I m using callback there is no retry option, that is to say if my first second-leg call fails a2billing hungs up first and second leg. I want to be able to retry another number or redial.

I can do this in normal call (non callback) by setting [number_try]=>3.I don't know why it doesn't work for callback but I think this is related to my blank TC [termination cause] CDR field for callback. all my callback calls are never marked as "ANSWERED"calls although they are billed. this is not a problem but I m mentioning it in case its related to my problem.
