 Post subject: Web Callback Both Legs Billed ...(callback billing problem)

I am facing some problem on web callback system that I could not solve.
Web callback working fine but my a2billing and VoIP provider system charging on both legs.
For example when I originate a call from USA to India for 5 Minute. System charge 5 minute for USA and separate 5 minute for India, call for 5 minute but billed 10 minute with both destination rates. (asterisk 1.8.10 a2b. 1.9.4)
Where is problem I don’t know?

Hi

I'm not clear on your issue. Callback usually bills both the A-leg and the B-Leg, and adds the two together for the total cost of the call.

Joe ,Thanks for reply, Actually I don’t have more idea about callback in a2billing could you please clear it according to you “Callback usually bills both the A-leg and the B-Leg”, But I think after establishing a successful call Leg A must be disconnected in order to avoid double billing. For example I am the leg A and I receive callback on my mobile and within (1) minute system connect me to leg B. Now leg A must be disconnect in order to stop further billing, leg B billing should be continue. After call disconnect my total talk time with leg B is 30 minute system should count Leg A 1 minute + Leg B 30 minute = 31 minute.
My (web callback) a2billing counting 30+30=60 minute. Could you please write something about it ?

Hi

Your cost is the cost of the call to your customer (A Leg), plus the cost of the call to the called party (B-Leg). So it follows that you bill your customers in much the same way.
