yes it is, it works fine using sip. steps: 1. configure ipkall using sip, ( iax works under asterisk, but the config is a little different since calls comes in as exten => s,1,Dial(...., vs exten => _X.,1, for sip)
2. on the context on which the ipkall call comes in have a dial plan similar to this if you use sip for ipkall, the outbound leg can be iax or sip it does not matter.
exten => _X.,1,DeadAgi(a2billing.php,4,cid-callback|1) ;last parameter is the callback area code, 1=usa
or if that does not work for you try: exten => _X.,1,DeadAgi(a2billing.php,4,cid-callback|) ; where the area code is not specified
The only problem with ipkall callback is that you can not use it as call back 100% of the time, since to keep the service live you need to receive calls that are billed by ipkall, since with call back ipkall does not register any billable calls after 30 days phone will be reassigned to someone else
For web callback it also works fine, just make sure you use a voip provider that does not block ipkall, some block ipkall.
