When configuring auto dialer in a2b v1.9.4 under add campaign, there is a pull down menu called "CONFIG TO APPLY" and right below it says"Define the configuration that you want apply on this campaign ", well the pull down menu in my case is empty, so that most likely indicates that I have to configure something else somewhere to enable that pull down menu.

Does anyone know where there is some documentation for the auto dialer feature?
