Hello everyone, i am working on the setting of a callback application (CID CallBack). I am using Asterisk 1-8-5 and a2billing 1-9-4. The callback has been configured on the server with a did number. When i dial the DID number, the system hangs up and then call me back asking me to enter the phone number i want to call. Until there, no problem , everything seems OK.

My problem comes just after, because when i type the phone number i want to call :

1/ It is like i have no enough time to type all keys. Then i would like to know if there is a means to extend the time i have to enter the phone number i want to call

2/ I noticed that each key i enter once was double by the system. That is to say that if i want to call the 00336734850 ... i have 00 333366773344885500 instead on my CLI log... then the IVR tells me that my phone number is not correct which is completely normal since the phone number the system receives is not the right one. So I would like to fix that issue too. If you have experimented that thank for your support.

I have resolved it : it seems that it was a problem of asterisk configuration.

I have resolved it by putting in sip.conf:

- dtmfmode = inband,info,rfc2833
and

- relaxdtmf = yes

Now, i am facing to another problem (that i already had before) : When i call the DID number i am called back several times. (twice exactly).
By searching in different topics , i have seen that it could be because there were several daemon running at the same time .

Moreover, i have that in my deamon log :

"2012-07-16 22:35:13,139 - root - MainThread - INFO - waiting..."
"2012-07-16 22:35:18,155 - root - MainThread - INFO - waiting..."

"2012-07-16 22:36:28,364 - root - MainThread - INFO - waiting..."

Is it normal that each line comes with an interval of 5 secondes ?

Thank you .

I have resolved it.

As i had seen in other topics the issue seemed to be caused by a problem of DID provider.
I have changed my DID provider by using another DID number provided by another DID provider, then it was OK:

after having called this new DID number , i am called back (only once) and it is OK now.

Thank you all.
